Truthfully I was somewhat dissapointed. I was notified of a recall for the parking assist, I made the appointment over a month later, but was informed at the appt that the parts were not in. Why tell me to schedule an appt when you dont have the parts? So essentially all I had done was an oil change and the cabin air filter replaced, that took 3 hours? Not to mention the hour drive each way so I spent over 5 hours for oil change. Next time I will do it myself at a fraction of the cost. Also, $40 labor charge for a cabin air filter change, literally a 5 minute, no tool required job. I will not bring my truck in to the dealer for routine maintenance again.

It took almost 2.5 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation and cost was very high as well. Unacceptable amount of time and money for such a simple job.

Before I came in for oil change and tire rotation , I decided I would mark my tire to make sure the rotation was being done . I also spent money on two New filters thru the shop an engine and an air filter . I was handed my keys and specifically asked where my tires rotated and was told yes they were . Walked out to my truck and the same back drivers side tire was in the same place . I went and grabbed the guy who had told me they were rotated and walked him to the truck and showed him where I marked the tire and he said he was sorry they told him they did it . So now how many times have I been told my tires were rotated and weren’t ? (Was my thought) Then I went home had to check and see if the filters were done , they were, crawl under and make sure I had a new oil filter check the oil and everything I had entrusted service to do. I bought this truck with the extras for the services. We have had 3 absolutely miserable experiences with service with my wife’s Jeep and My Silverado and I told sales I will not be trading in my truck for a newer one because of all the bad stories I have accrued from your service department . I love Chevy my whole family is Chevy since I was a kid, all my dads work trucks etc . I brought the truck back the following day and asked if the situation was handled , I was told yes , they rotated the tires had me watch but no one apologized , no offers to make it right other than doing what the where supposed to the first time . My tires could be wearing wrong with no rotation in the past I have lost trust for Knudtsen . No one has called or taken any initiative for me to want to continue business there . Was told after oil change the cover for my cabin filter would need to be replaced during next service, I checked it when I got home to see what problem was and found the cover to be missing and the filter was dirty, I shook dirt out of it. Why not replace missing cover and filter. Kind of sketchy.

I feel like your service service techs do a good job. I do think you overbook appointments. My appt. was at 10:30 and there was already at least 8 cars waiting ahead of me. The estimated time to complete our service was between an hour and an hour and a half. It took 3 hours for a basic maintenance appointment. For individuals that have busy schedules or need to bring children with them, this is a long time.

I will never be back. Really the worst customer experience I think I’ve ever had. From the start, not welcoming. Advisor Ray Kanally was most interested in his computer monitor than acknowledging a customer was in his midst. Others avoided eye contact so they didn’t have to help. Once helped, I had to ask Ray to acknowledge what I had asked to have done to my car. You had the car for three hours. A tire I’d been watching because it runs low was in the same position on the car after I got the car back, after a rotation you guys insist you did. I’m still not sure if all the work was done. A cabin air filter was shoved in and was collapsed on one side. The indicator light was not reset if that filter had been changed. The tires were not properly mapped to their locations, which should have been done in any supposed rotation. I still don’t know if my cracked headlight was ever addressed. It’s not too much to ask a Chevy dealer to be Chevy service experts. Never again. There are other Chevy dealers if I need one.

Well, you guys did replace the Pand Tim did a good job, but the people working on my car did a horrible job. There is grease marks all over the place. There is a rattling noise from where they replaced a part. Which means it's not put together, right. And there are fingerprints all over the window, They didn't clean up after themselves.
