I was satisfied with the update & key programming & service. I was severely disappointed with me getting a bill for my 2024 Camaro. I brought it in for it's first oil change which was supposed to be free. I parked it in my garage at my property in September 2024 because of the temperature the wheels can be ran. I pulled it out in April 2025 and when the service light came on I immediately scheduled the service to be done. But, since it wasn't in before December 2024 I had to pay the service bill. That is incredibly low courtesy in my book. I bought 3 brand new vehicles from Chevy in the last 1-1/2 years and this is what I get????? Seriously upset about this. I bought 2 from Knudsten last year & 1 previously about 5 years ago. May not buy there again if this is the treatment I get.

Apart from the time it was at the dealership 2 months, so far most of the repairs seem to be good, except one issue that was listed to be repaired but not fixed. I picked up the truck Friday and notified my service advisor that it wasn’t repaired. He called me back and said he was going to talk to his boss and get back to me, I still haven’t heard anything. The service advisor was ok, some of the time it seemed I had to tell him how to do his job, there was some discrepancy on a transmission repair, I asked him to pull it up as a service bulletin and send it to my warranty company. At first he said there wasn’t one but I knew better, after asking him multiple times he pulled it up. I spent hours on the phone with my warranty company getting his shortcomings straightened out.

our paperwork was mis-handled and was very disappointed that you now are passing along credit card fees, many businesses just chalk this up as a cost of doing business vs. passing along to customers.

I am first going to say that Randy and the young guy shuttling me were amazing. I had an oil change and tire rotation done. After leaving your dealership, I noticed my truck was pulling to the left which was not normal. I turned and heard like a grinding noise, which again was not normal. I pulled to the side and found that the back tire on the driver's side had only two lug nuts holding my tire on and my tire was trying to come off. I immediately called Randy and he sent the younger gentleman to rescue me. He jacked up my truck and put the missing 4 lug nuts back on. I then went back to the dealership to have them double check that all the other lug nuts were secure. This could have had very bad consequences but thankfully every was good.
