My 2021 Tahoe the morning of 7/6 had a traction control warning turn on and the vehicle started to shake. Around 11am I limped it into the dealership and Tim was my service advisor. He quickly got me checked in, got a rental car coordinated with Thrifty and got me out the door. Around 4pm that day I got a call from Tim with good news that a tech was able to squeeze me in and diagnosed it with a coil that happened to be in stock and it was all done and ready to go. The service was great and I appreciate the incredibly quick turnaround!
