I would like to start by saying I am a long time Chevy lover ! (I still own a 1972 Truck I've owned since High School) I am also a long time Knudtsen Chevrolet customer and a small business owner for 32 years. I was having a problem with my 2019 Silverado just shutting down while driving. Which is clearly a very serious safety issue. And as it turns out other owners have been having the same issue around the country. My truck has 63000 miles on it and I maintain it very well. I was surprised to be having such a safety issue on a vehicle this new. The service team at Knudtsen Chevrolet diagnosed and fixed my truck. (it's been good up to this point anyway) I couldn't be happier with the service team at that dealership ! Five Stars !!! They covered the defective parts and the use of a loaner vehicle. Again ... Five Stars ! Thank You Tim Arnold
