I told Chris my truck felt like the transmission was slipping. I have been very worried about this. When I spoke to Chris he assured me that changing the filters and transmission fluid would clear up the problem. So I agreed and spent the $437. When I picked up the truck he said everything looked great. I drove my truck home and it’s still felt like it was slipping. When I called Chris and told him he said it could be a problem with the “clutch”. My truck is an automatic but I went with it. He said he would call me back and when he did he suggested just replacing the whole transmission at the tune of $6K. No talk of checking the solenoids or anything else. There was no test drive on my truck to make sure the service fixed the issue. Up until now I was very happy with service until an actual issue arises. Now I have to try and figure this out on my own. I am not mad. I am disappointed in the lack of effort to try to find the actual issue or a cost effective solution.
