Confirmed Service Customer
After having my truck looked at on the 5th day (6/26/2024) after delivering it for an oil change and in response to an illuminated engine alert light I received a call to authorize the necessary service. The truck ran fine without recurrence of the engine alert light as I left the dealership. A few miles into a local fishing trip, the engine alert light again came on, although the vehicle ran fine. On return from a 100 mile trip, I called the dealership on July 8th seeking direction on how to manage the recurrent check engine alert light. After circuiting the incoming call routine twice, I was informed of "a high call volume" and was instructed to leave a voice mail. A day and one half later I still am awaiting a return call, with my vehicle sidelined as a precaution that the engine alert may be an item of more importance. It also increases my concern that the assessment and intervention provided on 7/1/2024 may have been incomplete. This is certainly the least attentive service I have ever received from this dealership!
