Took a day to get a call back. Issue was misdiagnosed, once original issue was resolved the headliner was left very dirty and now interior dome lights will not function. Very disappointing with the amount of money I spent and I have to go back when I live an hour away.

It was not good at all. I dropped my truck off on April 7 and didn’t get it back until May 13. I got the run around. Conflicting stories from the liaison and the mechanic. Luckily I had an extra vehicle but put way more miles on it than I wanted. Basically what I comes down to, is it sounds like since it was warranty work, and went over the prescribed time, the mechanic starts losing out on money opportunities. So they would rather work on cash customers. I got feedback from mechanics at other shops. I do not know for certain that this is the case, but it sure seems suspicious given the amount of time they had the truck and when I went in on the 13 to ask in person, I was told they were going to make my truck priority and lo and behold, it was done in a half hour. Not a very happy customer at all.

This was my 1st service on my new 24 Silverado I purchased 6 months ago from you. My first impression was that customer parking is sure in short supply. The service advisor Andy, doesn't appear to want to spend much time with his customer and it shows. Perhaps he is too pushed or perhaps some other reason. When I got my pickup back the svc checklist said oil was changed and oil life indicator reset. The indicator was not reset, so clearly the tech missed that. This always causes a customer to wonder what else was missed. ( I worked in the automotive trade all my life, and 20 years of it was at Rogers Toyota in Lewiston ) There is much to be gained with continued employee training with emphasis on customer satisfaction. I also will say I went away a little disappointed because of this and the service didn't even include a car wash which it could've used. A little more attention to detail by the svc writer, the tech and car wash attendant would've produced a completely different impression for me. I have been taking multiple cars here for at least 3 or 4 years and this is was probably my last time. You wanted to charge me $100 for a half hour service rate to see if my sensors are faulty on my breaks. Instead of the just getting more money out of me to see if another part is broken. Just fix it or replace it for the same amount of money. Then I wouldn’t be paying double. You are not saving any money for the customers and it’s showing.

I recently bought a truck from you guys and the trailer lights didn’t work. When i asked if you guys could fix it for me, I was told i had to deal with my salesman to find out if you guys would pay for it to be fixed. Then i had to wait a month for my truck to even to be looked at. I heard back same day about what the problem was, but nothing for 2 days. And when i did hear from you guys it was to tell me that it was something else causing the problem then the first thing you guys tell me. And i was told GM no longer makes the part so you can’t install after market parts because it can’t be “warrantied”. You guys just didn’t seem like you wanted to fix it or stand behind the truck i recently just bought from you guys. So i will no longer be buying vehicles from you guys and i will not be recommending your dealership. Which sucks, because i really liked dealing with Jack and Tyler.

Sherry turned a negative experience into a great outcome, I walked around the car lot for about thirty minutes, I found a vehicle I wanted to look at but no one was around. I saw a group of car salemen, chatting and laughing in front of the main doors, they saw me but didn't come toward me. Then I saw another gentleman walking around going from car to car, he avoided eye contact, this was around 1100, I finally became frustrated and went inside to just ask for a vehicle price list as the website did not have the vehicle I wanted on it. Before I could get to the receptionist, I was a approached by Sherry, she asked if I needed something. I said yes, I wanted a pricelist and she was more than happy to assist me. We then got the keys for the vehicle, Sherry went through all the buttons on the car, showed me how everything worked and we went for a test drive. We completed the drive, I told Sherry I needed to talk with my husband, we exchanged information and I told her I would be in touch. We returned that evening to have my husband drive the vehicle, Sherry showed him how everything worked on the vehicle as well. We told Sherry we would be back the following day to have our vehicle appraised. I returned the following day to get my vehicle appraised and complete the deal. WE completed the paperwork, and things were moving along well, until we looked under the hood, the engine was dirty, there was a loose piece of plastic, that is supposed to cover the radiator, and we concerned about the tired, and just like the superhero she is, Sherry swooped in and sent the car to service, she also remedied a tire situation by allowing us to trade out another set tires. While all the finance papers were being signed, we got our final look at the vehicle once it was returned from getting detailed, the engine part in place, and the tires switched. We did one more look over and noticed after the detail they neglected to wash the roof of the car. So Sherry sent it back to detailing. The evening was coming to a end and our 2021 Tahoe was returned to us. In sparkling condition, We love the car, Sherry did an amazing job. So we were surprise two days later when all the tire alerts went off, it seems we had a issue with the new tire sensors were not matched to the vehicle. I called Sherry and she answered on a Saturday and told me to come down and we could get it remedied. I came to the service area and they got my car right in, and we were told we could go to one of the local commercial places and see if they could match our tires to our car or have the services department take care of it. We opted to have the service department take care of it. We were scheduled for the following Wednesday. On Wednesday we did have some confusion with the service department on what services that needed to be completed. The main takeaway, Sherry is an asset, if I had questions, she had solutions, she has great follow through and gave excellent customer service and follow up. The service department tho very nice and cordial, I feel hesitant to not double check their work. Finally my rating for this purchase 10 stars for Sherry 8 stars for Service/Detail- related to miscommunications and a empty gas tank at purchase We will buy from Knudtsen again.

Courteous & professional as always. However, a request was missed and I'm a bit frustrated with it. When I called to make the appointment, I explained that I wanted the oil changed and that I had a sensor warning for 'low coolant' that came on every time I drove the truck. I checked the coolant myself and it was never low and the truck never got hot. It was 'noted' over the phone. I repeated this concern when I checked in for my appointment. When the servicing was complete, nothing was said about it. When I got to the truck and started it up ... the same warning message appeared. I went back in, told the service writer and he said ... " Oh, we'll need to schedule another appointment for that. We'd have to run diagnostics and that's done in a different department and would cost $200 just to check it out. It's probably a bad sensor. It's a common issue in these trucks". In my opinion, there were 2 prior opportunities to tell me this. I'm not concerned about the cost. I just wanted it fixed. That was the whole point of going in there. It's just short of a 1 hour round trip drive to the dealership. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours for the servicing (I was told in advance when I got there that it would take that long. I assumed part of that time was because of the added cooling system check). Now, I have to consider going back again? I'm not sure yet if that's going to happen.

Not sure where to start on this. I brought my pickup on May 2nd for a few minor repairs, one being the XM satellite radio. The XM satellite radio was misdiagnosed and had to be diagnosed a second time with my help. I finally got my pickup back on May 8th. When I received my pickup, the headliner was left in a very dirty and greasy state from the XM satellite radio antenna replacement. Upon further detail my interior dome light would not function. I contacted the dealership immediately and was not able to be scheduled until June 5th for the repair of the dome lights. During this months' time span, the sunroof and rear slider ceased to function. When I brought my pickup back in on June 5th, the above mentioned had to be diagnosed and it was found that the wires had been crushed from the headliner being reinstalled from the XM satellite radio antenna repairs. I waited at the dealership for 6 hours for these repairs to be completed as to which it is still not completed as the lights in the sun visors are not functional. I was told that I would be receiving a call from the dealership to complete the repairs and that the headliner would be cleaned when repairs are completed. I also had an oil change completed on my pickup and the video of the service being completed that was sent to me was not even of my vehicle but someone else's. As of today, June 16th I have not heard from the dealership to be scheduled for completion. I live 50+ miles away from the dealership so each time coming and going, I have spent 2 hours of my time driving, consuming fuel, and missing a day of work on June 5th. Like stated, I am still waiting for a call back for final repairs to be completed as communication seems to be lacking. After buying 2 vehicles from the dealership and having other services done in the past, it is very disappointing to have these issues that seem to be continuing.

My appointment was for an oil change on my Corvette which is more complicated because of sump tank for oil. Got right in talked with technician and in to waiting room. While in waiting room a gentleman came by and asked us all if we needed anything and got water for anyone needing it. And a special feature I got a video of the technician working on my car! And before I knew it my car was done! Everyone probably hates taking a vehicle in to a dealership! This was our first visit to Knudtsen Chevrolet to have our truck serviced, as were were traveling through the area. We were greeted and told it would take 90 minutes and to enjoy refreshments in service lounge. The lounge was clean and well stocked. The service ended up taking 3 hours! This seems quite excessive and no explanation was given, but the tech did discount our bill by $50 for the delay. While we were pleased to have our vehicle serviced the cost for oil change & new fuel filter was $396! This is much more (+$100) than we paid to have the same services at our local (Iowa) dealership. I guess services cost more in ID….?

Interesting experience. Over the past 5 months in getting prepared for the servicing that was recommended/required by Chevrolet (letter sent in Oct 2024) I've talked with numerous employees. Initially a phone conversation with Service Manager (Brandon) then a scheduling employee (Dawn); when I brought the car in for service on Monday morning, a young man took my information and looked up the appointment; when the service was completed I received a phone call from a Service Advisor (Andy) and when I arrived, another Service Advisor (I didn't get her name) processed the payment/invoice. Also, the Service Advisor that called (Andy) sent a text with a video with audio from the service mechanic showing the underside of the car where the transmission service was performed to show that there were no leaks during operation. I appreciate the employees' interaction, but I would like to have further discussions as to more details of this required service by Chevrolet ( I am a detail oriented person). So, I am comfortable that the serivcing and the 70+ point inspection was all done to satisfaction, but would like to close the loop on a few questions, but I also realize it is a very busy operation and that time is scarce.

When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told the issue would be fixed within 1 day. Then, when I dropped off my vehicle, I was told you didn't have the time to do it that day. Begs the question, why make an appointment? Next, I was told it would take 3 days, then it turned to 5, and a part needed to be ordered. The whole ordeal took an entire week. Dropped it off on a Monday and had to come back the following Monday. You didn't even offer me a loaner car, and when I asked you charged $40 a day for a loaner car. My wife and my mother-in-la,w whose cars are out of warranty with their dealership,s get a loaner car for free. Being without a vehicle for an entire week when I was expected to only be without a vehicle for one day was ridiculous. As someone who has to travel for my job I was alright with it taking one day. But when told at the time I dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled appointment, you didn't have time to deal with it that day, is not acceptable. Then it turned into an entire week. Thankfully this issue was a product recall and my vehicle is under warranty but the level of customer service is severely lacking compared to other dealerships I have dealt with.

Thank you so much for replacing my battery (under warranty-no charge), and fixing my headlight. The service manager Brent does an excellent job at making sure everything runs smoothly. My service advisor Dylan was awesome. There was an immediate line of communication, and it continued through completion if the job. I love the video you sent of the mechanic doing the checks on my car, informing me of a headlight issue I was unaware of. This is the best vehicle service place I have ever been to. Mechanic sent video saying cabin filter and engine filter dirty should be replaced. Both were just changed less than two months ago. Also said front and rear brakes were all at 10. Odd since I just had the rear brakes changed less then six weeks ago. Then when I picked truck up, they left keys sitting on charger pad, it clearly says not to do this. A the motor was running windows down on 95 degree day.

Was great sales and parts and the service was quick. The only problem I have is when I get a quote it should be for the whole amount. I get told one one price and it $400 more than that for labor. Honestly cause don’t know if I will be going back to your service department again . I spent $40,000 on my truck there and asked if I could get it washed and that didn’t happen either really dissatisfied with the experience so far .

I brought my 2004 chevy silverado in to have a fuel issue addressed. It would only fill to 3/4 of a tank. First repair was a new charcoal filter and gas cap. Cost $1,100. Invoice said customer would need to fill with gas. Customer filled with gas. Same problem. I brought the truck back. Second attempt I was called and they had found a small metal piece in one of the gas lines. Thought was that it was constricting gas flow. Tech put 5 gallons of gas in tank bringing it to the 1/2 mark on gauge. Customer went to fill it up. Still has the same problem. Third attempt, I include cash for tech to try to completely fill tank. Tech pulls tank and determines that customer needs to pay an additional $2200 to fix the issue. I told them to put the tank back on and I would pick the truck back up. Shared this story with service manager. I told them I would not spend another penny with them. They said they would refund me the initial repair. Still waiting for refund.

Second time this has happened. Show up, drop my truck off on time, I ask how long it'll take as i would be waiting, was told hour and half which is standard. 2 hours later my truck has not moved, I inquire and was informed the service department is behind and it will be another hour. Last oil change I had done took 3 hours. I understand delays, but tell your customers so that they can plan accordingly when they drop their vehicle off.

Took truck in for a noisy ac compressor, they said they replaced it, stillmaking the same exact noise. Took it back and they said other trucks like mine is making the same noise. It makes almost the same sound as a power steering pump going bad. I have a hard time believing that GM would put a part like that in there trucks. My 04 truck doesn't make that noise, the 2033 1/2 ton silverado I traded in for this for this truck didn't make that noise. I have also talked to other owners of the same truck about it, they didn't have a problem. So the problem stills exists and the dealer has washed there hands of the problem, says the other trucks on the lot make the same noise. I feel like they aren't taking this issue seriously. Next step is taking it to a different dealer for another opinion. We'll see what they say. Thanks for listening.

My appointment was at 1:00 for the replacement of two filters. I was told it should take about 1//2 to 1 hour. At 3:30 I still had heard nothing from the service department. I called, was told my car had not even been taken back to get started. About 15 minutes later I received a call telling me the car should be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and left to pick-up my car. When I arrived the car was still not ready, they were waiting on a part. At 4:30 my car was finally completed. I don't understand why a part, that is fairly common, and was known to be needed that day was not in stock. The staff was apologetic once I arrived, but it was to little to late. There was no communication prior to my phone call inquiring about my car.

First the wait time was over the top ridiculous. I have a 230 appt my car didnt even move till 3. I have a ring camera in my car I paid for tire rotation however that wasn't complete. Asked when car was gonna be done and the filter changed Saud doing it right now... however again I have a camera and no one was working on car until 15 min later. The service was beyond horrible.

Dropping my car off was easy but you guys had my car for almost two full months. Granted some of that was waiting on my service contract people, the lack of communication was frustrating. After the first month, I was told by Randy at least twice that it was being worked on and it would be ready by the end of that week but later found out it hadn’t even been started yet. I had to cancel multiple appointments because I thought I would have my car like I was told I would. Please don’t tell me what you think I want to hear or what you want to have happen, please just be upfront & honest. I was as patient as possible whenever I interacted with the staff but my gosh I wanted to be a Karen too many times.

The first visit I left my truck with your service deparment Saturday morning and was told that someone would look at it. No updates were given. The dealership did not look at my truck until Monday morning. I went without a vehicle for the weekend. Not sure why they even had me drop it off. One the diagnosis was done the part was ordered. I then made arrangements to have the part installed. I also asked for an oil change to be completed along with a tire rotation. I later learned that the only service that was completed on Tuesday was the replacement of the part. When my oil light was still on on Wednesday I called the dealership to see if they did the oul change as requested. I was then informed that the service that had been scheduled for Tuesday was never done. Now I have to come back yet again to have the oil change. This experience is beyond words. Your team needs to get organized and have better communication.

I really like Dave. We came in. We test drove we talked and then we left and he did not pressure us in. Anyway he checked in with us to see if we had any other questions and he allowed my brother to be in on the transaction to make sure that I was getting the best deal for my money.When we finally came in that day and bought the Tahoe, he literally bent over backwards to make sure that we got everything we needed without a hassle. No issues with my transmission prior to going in for a 90k service, then coincidentally I have a “leak” after the service. I was told I couldn’t be seen over a month later and it wouldn’t be covered. I was told to go somewhere else to save time so I did.

Service personnel are great. My only complaint is that my 2021 Traverse not even 5 years old had to have the shift control module replaced to the tune of $700+ dollars which included a $200 charge to diagnose, seems a bit high to me. This DID NOT make me happy. Obviously the 3 year 36k mile warranty did me no good. My 2004 Dodge Durango which I owned for 20 years never had a serious issue.

We owned Chevrolet Suburbans for over 20 years. In 2015, we went to purchase another new suburban and the Chevrolet Suburban design changed such that we didn’t like some of the features. The new design did not work for what we wanted to do anymore. We drifted away from Suburbans and Chevrolet. We first looked at re-trying a Chevrolet Suburban in December last year. We arrived at Knudtsen Chevrolet and we were greeted by Leon Duplessis. He showed us a few suburbans and we were impressed with the new features and we were impressed with Leon. He was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. We weren’t ready to buy yet, so We took his business card and knew we would be back to buy from him when we were. The dealership has been excellent in all areas that we have worked with. We are very happy with our new suburban and with our business interactions with Knudtsen Chevrolet.

The dealership was behind because of power outage but did a great job of catching up and got vehicle service completed about an hour before anticipated which was great! Only issue I had was when scheduling service (LOF) I told service advisor about a front collision camera/Icon out on vehicle and I needed them to look at that. When bringing vehicle in an hour drive away, agent had neglected to put that on work order. Now I’ll have to reschedule appt and being told they will need the truck for 1 to 4 days, and I can’t have a loaner/rental until GM authorizes rental even though I have a bumper to bumper warranty plus an extended B to B warranty.

I scheduled an appointment in September for the 7th of October. Dropped off my truck at 10:30.am on October 7. Was told by my service provider he would call me with pricing on repairs. I never received a call. On October 8 I called to talk to my service provider. He was on another line. I was told they put a sticky note in front of him & he would call me. Never received a call. I called again on October 9. I was told my truck was being worked on as we speak and the bill would be right around 5 to 5,500 and would be done by the end of next week.I called in on October 18th no one could tell me anything about my truck and my service provider would call me on Monday. I picked my truck up on Monday October 20, no work had been done on my truck.

I was rear ended a week after purchasing my vehicle so had repairs done and brought vehicle back to Knudtsen for re application of ceramic coating on the rear end. Felt like the whole exterior could have been cleaned instead of just the area where ceramic coating was applied. After buying a $70,000 vehicle there just a few months ago that would have been a courtesy I would think could be included. Disappointing.

I turned in my vehicle on Monday 13 October. Your representative informed me that it would be in the shop 1 to 3 days. On the 4th day (Thursday) I finally tried calling and reached your service shop just before closing. The truck had not been looked at due to the volume of services that week. Finally got the word that vehicle was ready at approximately 3:40 Friday day 5. My service was by appointment and the service was scheduled a month prior to(Earliest date available) my delivering the vehicle. Very poor way to run a dealership when they are unable to service the vehicles they sell in a timely and broken appointment system

When trying to leave after I realized the vehicle I was looking at was too expensive, I felt like I couldn’t leave without being rude because my keys were being held somewhere else and phone calls were too important. My initial salesman also felt is was appropriate to discuss extremely personal matters which made me feel uncomfortable. When I came back later that day I was passed onto a different salesperson who only cared about inputting information on the computer and getting a sale. To top it off, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes just to see the finance department which only took approximately 5 minutes to sign papers. I also mentioned to my salesperson a low tire pressure notification was on in the vehicle and I was told it would go away after driving instead of having someone remedy the situation before I left the lot.

I brought my truck with a no start issue. The cp4 fuel pump failed, after two months with out my truck I got it back, drove it and one day it didn’t start. I towed back to the dealership and come to find out the fuel filter was loose. I have turned in the paperwork to get reimbursed for the tow and still have not received anything back.

However, the assistant manager I met with listened and understood my frustrations. Using the same scale, Brent scored a 10. Lack of communication Lack of service, because of the above I had to pay for a rental car Automobile summary report useless The real kicker was being charged a 3% credit card fee on the 6K I had to spend to have the work done. Service writer was very nice Gave the impression since I am a older widow they saw me coming. Will certainly not go back to the dealership I used to work for another dealership and they certainly did not treat customers this way.

Brent and his team did an amazing job, and I am happier than ever with my 2024 Silverado 2500HD with the 6.6 gas and 10-speed transmission. The transmission never seemed right, but now after having the valve body replaced, the truck runs the best it ever has. All warranty work, no cosst, and a brand new fully loaded Silverado as a loaner too, I couldn't be happier!

Oil Change was great and was done quickly. However my 2024 Silverado 3.0 Durmax has numerious engine/ transmission issues that occur daily. Tried calling multiple times to schedule an appoint, could not make an appointment online. Finally got ahold of someone after 4 calls and no reach outs back to me. Told me I am out of luck and have no appointments until JAN 26th which is more than a month away. Was told to not use my truck and go find a rental which I would have to pay for, which is not acceptable considering it is a brand new truck with 17k miles. I do not believe this a fair resolution from the dealer and will likely not consider getting another Chevy due to this issue.

Initially, I met Johnson in the parking lot and he showed me where the Chevy trailblazers were. At this point I was just taking a first look, not ready to purchase that day. But a few weeks later I was ready, it became important for me to find a reliable car that can handle the weather conditions. This time I looked over a similar car in the lot with Johnson and requested a test drive. Johnson did a great job of answering my questions and bringing up things I hadn’t thought of but would be helpful as a new car owner. I liked everyone I talked to in the service department and the sales floor. I especially liked Tony in the service department. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. I also liked Dave in the sales department. My only complaint was Ruby called me and asked me to have my truck appraised. We talked a little and I said okay and had it done. Kelly blue book listed it at $33,446-$39,967 ($36,707). You guys offered me $32,000. I was actually offended. I was called and asked to have the appraisal done. I didn’t solicit you, you called me. I felt like you just wasted my time. I would never consider an offer like that so I don’t understand why you would call me up and ask me to have an appraisal done just to offer me such a low amount. I would now hesitate to purchase anything from the dealership. At minimum you took away any loyalty I might have had. I guess I’m just confused on why you would want to do that.

Great people amazing attitudes and personality, however I was charged for tier rotation yet when I bought the tiers from the same place I was told they come with free rotations for the life of the tiers. Also making the appointment originally i called and made my appointment for a saterday. About an hour later I called back and asked to change it to Sunday on the same weekend. I was told my rep can do that and I was transferred. The rep never picked up so the call went back to the front desk and the woman took a message from me on what I was trying to do. She said I will get a call back the same day. I know for a fact that that Sunday had many openings still because my rep told me when I made the appointment for Saturday originally. However nobody called back that day, nor the next day or the third day. At which point I called again and was told nothing is available for that Sunday and I need to wait until the following weekend to get my car in. I requested to be found a spot for I was never called back yet I was told nothing can be done. Because of the lack of communication on your guys's end I was put out an additional week when I used my time properly and called ahead of time and yet still had to pay a price of an additional week wait time.

I have had my car serviced several times with you. I bought my car from you 8 years ago and always use your service department. We have purchased 3 vehicles from you in the last several years using your service department. However the last time I felt that the customer service I was used to getting was gone. The service technician was great and was able to fix my problem. The service manager Dawn in my opinion sucks at customer service! There was absolutely no communication about what was going on with my car. I had my appointment and it took her 6 days before she would return any of my phone calls or messages. I stood at her podium for 10 minutes (I was the only customer in there) and it took her over 10 minutes to acknowledge me (she saw me, looked up and walked away). 3 others tried to help me but couldn’t find where she put my keys. I get that people get busy but a simple “hi I’ll be right with you “ makes a huge difference. I did not feel like a valued customer. I felt she was annoyed that I wanted any type of updates. I will in the future take my business elsewhere.

Following the install of the Dashcam and Rear Camera, I was literally rushed through by the service guy. He said he had a line of people waiting. There was only one other person in the waiting area (desperately in need of new furniture) and nobody was at the service bay counter. There were no verbal or hands on instructions on how to use the system. Even though I asked about directions on how to use, I was told to scan the barcode on a card that was placed inside my vehicle. As of this date, I have still not yet been able to access the camera system. When I try to access the cameras through the OPSIS app, it actually says it’s disconnected. I was told that KNUDTSEN Chevrolet was knowledgeable on the install and use of the OPSIS Stinger cameras. I really expected more from this large Chevrolet dealership. I have been going to TAYLOR and SONS Chevrolet located in Sandpoint, Idaho for over 20 years. Fortunately, they have set the outstanding standard for sales and service that one should expect from a Chevrolet dealership. KNUDTSEN Chevrolet failed to meet this.

Brought my 22 Silverado in because my infotainment center was not working properly and my OnStar was out of service as well. There was very little communication from the dealership, granted it was Christmas week. Finally called Friday and the first representative told me my vehicle was still in process. The second representative said it was ready. Charge me $200 for an update that should’ve been able to be done over the air, and the OnStar system is still out of service.

Service Writer and Tech were great- video was a nice touch; although the time it took diagnose the problem was about five minutes- and the coolant related maintenance was an half hour at best when you combined the change of the cabin air filter and TPS light. We brought the vehicle in the night before and it wasn't finished until 5:00pm the following day. I now know why you can't schedule an appointment for two weeks at any GM dealership- my car sat in the bay all day for maybe an hours worth of work..... Seriously, the coolant cap had been left off at the last dealership scheduled maintenance and coolant was low- and tripped a check engine light that had been read by the dealership and noted on the paperwork two weeks prior.
