Kyra & Tim who kept us informed about our pickup were great to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure we got good service. The others (when we picked it up) were rude and very and need not to be in any type of customer service. Because of them I could care less if we do business with you again. Buying my Yukon was a great experience. Taking my car in for work is another story. I waited a month for my appointment but it took 3 days after the initial appointment date for my car to get into be diagnosed. My service advisor over looked my Extended Warranty that I had bought at the dealer and quoted me around $800. It then took an additional 7 days for my vehicle to be repaired.

The dealership was great. However I was disappointed in my 2019+ Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The 8 speed transmission and the 5.3 engine with the DFM both had to be replaced. I worry now about it going out in the future and I have heard of numerous failures in that motor and the 8 speed transmission. Kyra, the service advisor did a fantastic job of keeping me informed at each step of the repair process, she handled the warranty paperwork and made it a completely stress free process for me. She deserves some sort of recognition for her excellent customer service. I hope that the issues with the DFM causing oil consumption and lifter failure can be remedied in the future as I love my Chevrolet truck. I understand it is designed like this to meet government fuel standards, but I am starting the process of retirement and a dependable truck is very important to me. Thank you for this opportunity to express my appreciation of the professional work and especially the customer service of my service advisor, Kyra, at Knudtsen Chevrolet.

My vehicle was dropped off at Knudtsen's on Friday September 20th. I use this in my business and needed back ASAP. It took you until the following Friday to resume working on it and I had to wait till the next day to pick it up. I assume the $900+ repair job was adequate. I say "assume" because I drove the Silverado directly to Robideaux Motors and traded it in on a new GMC Sierra HD because I won't ever again be held hostage to Knudtsen's dilatory service department
