Had a very pleasant experience. My questions and worries were were put at rest. The highlight of my visit was being greeted by a friendly, loveable Labrador. Think about having one hanging around. They usually break any kind of tension. Relaxing to lots of people. Of course you'll need one that's laid back. Coming from a former trainer.

Made my Appointment just under 30 days ago for a LOF service. Arrived 15 mins before Appointment time. Tammi in service was very helpful, but service took 2 1/2 hours. I authorized air filter, cabin air filter and fuel filter change along with tire rotation with the engine oil and filter change. Total bill was $611.31!!!!! Staff was helpful, but prices, in my opinion are outrageous.

My last and final experience with Knudsen was terrible. The 4 days it took to get my car diagnosed was ridiculous. The process of checking in with the front person of the service department seems very ineffective. I was told it would take ten days to get the turbo for my car in. On the eleventh day I called and was told that turbo was in but not the nuts and bolts. I was told the nuts and bolts have been on backorder for three months but I would get a called back immediately with an answer. One and half weeks later I finally got the call that everything was ready to go. I should not need to say this, but I went with another mechanic who completed everything in one week versus the four plus weeks it took for your organization to schedule my car repair. I love my car but this experience has forever tainted what type of car I will purchase in the future.
