2022 Colorado oil change and tire rotation. The service folks worked with me to complete the service I needed without an appointment. Service was completed the same day and my service advisor was cheerful and courteous. I will continue returning to Knudsen Chevy for service and would recommend them to others.

We were very impressed with our experience with Johnson during our recent visits to Knudtsen Chevy. Johnson played a major role in our decision to return to your dealership and purchase our Black 2021 GMC Canyon. From our initial interactions by text and phone, Johnson was never pushy���he was inviting and personable, letting us know that he believed the numbers from the appraisal tool on your website were low for our trade-in. When we were finally able to come in on Saturday 8/24, we let Johnson know we only had an hour, and he was very respectful of our time. He got our Escape appraised right away while we looked at vehicles. When we found a few we were interested in, he seemed to magically appear out of nowhere to unlock them so we could take a closer look. After leaving, we couldn't stop thinking about that Black 2021 GMC Canyon. We had been seriously considering a Black 2021 Chevy Colorado at another dealership, which was priced lower with fewer miles, but the aggressive personality of the other salesperson, along with poor reviews of their dealership, made us head straight back to Johnson at Knudtsen. We wanted to give him our business. Johnson was impressive to work with���he knew when to push during negotiations and when to step back. He went above & beyond when he remembered a brief conversation we���d had about my severe allergies to fragrances, and when we purchased the Canyon, he advised the team cleaning it up not to use strong fragrance cleaners. I was beyond thrilled that he took note of this and was grateful he thought about it in regard to our purchase. I would have been miserable driving home and for many days after if strong fragrances had been used. Since our purchase, Johnson has checked in with me multiple times to ensure we're satisfied. Although our initial experience with the service department wasn't great due to some miscommunication and an unresolved issue with the vehicle pulling to the right, Johnson is staying involved throughout, showing a commitment to making sure we were happy with our purchase. Overall, Johnson's dedication and customer-first attitude made our experience a great one, and we are so glad we chose to work with him!

Brent (might've been Brett, sorry) was very helpful and straight-forward with me about what needed to be done to my vehicle and how long it would take to fix, once it was approved to be done. He kept the line of communication open, which I appreciated very much. My car is running great again! The only thing I had an issue with is my car broke down June 26th, I called June 27th to make an appointment, and nothing was available until August 5th. That was quite the wait time. The warranty people also took awhile to approve my repairs. Everyone at Knudsten was awesome though, thank you!

Oil service and recall fix. Never heard anything about the recall fix. Would still like to know what that was all about. Oil service and tire rotation. I was told the oil change and tire rotation was done. When I went to drive home I noticed several oily hand prints in several locations on the truck including the steering wheel. The nice service rep got a rag and cleaned them up. As I was driving away the tire inflation info showed that the tire's were at different pressure ranging from 63 to 74, high numbers in the front tires. Mechanic failure. Went back to the service rep again. When the vehicle was ready I looked and all four tires were around 70, not 70 in rear and 60 in front as the tire pressure table located on the inside driver's door clearly states. Mechanic failure #2. Went back again and said I want to take with the mechanic's supervisor. We talked and he took the truck and finally got the tires at the correct pressure. So a 6 month service last from 10:30 to 2:30 with multiple re-does. And once again my vehicle was not washed as the oil change service agreement states. On the way home I took the truck through the Metro car wash and got the last of the greasy hand prints washed off. I also used the truck mat washer and got the foot prints off too. Amazing that I have taken my 3/4 ton truck with cattle guard through the car wash 60+ times (unlimited pass) with no damage, just a very clean vehicle. I will say that the service rep was very nice. She responded immediately to fix each problem. I have no complaints about her, only compliments. Would still like to know what all the recall fix was.

Oil change Sept 29, 2023 was 6 qts - Oil change Aug 29, 2024 was 8 qts. Owner's manual says 6 qts for my v8 6 liter engine. Somethings not right. Was my engine over filled this time? Sept 29, 2023 labor was $33.45 for oil change and multi point inspection. Aug 29, 2024 labor was $47.95 without the multi point inspection. REALLY?
