Confirmed Service Customer
Everything was good until the end. I was waiting on Friday all day so they can tell me if my truck was ready to be picked up and nothing. Until I call on Saturday to ask for it. This is my work truck so I needed it as soon as possible, but this was something you guys didn't care about. I saw on the papers that the truck was ready on Friday at 1:00 why I didn't receive a call at that time?

The Dealership is nice an clean, very pleasant. Nice waiting area with water and coffee. The people are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service department has always been very helpful and has always kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicles when they are in for a service appointment.

They were able to get me in fairly quick as we were passing thru and our door handle broke and we could not open the passenger door. I was in and out in two hours. The staff were very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend the for all your repairs.

Tim Lamb is the Service Manger and treated me with respect and was careful to explain each step of the process toward fixing the window switch on my 2000 Blazer. This was different from my dealership in Lebanon, Oregon. They repaired the same switch in March, (or so I thought). It was not done right and they treated me with a condescending tone. I will now contact them for a refund (Primasing Motors) to get my money back for a bad switch and poor service. I am glad to do service with Knudtsen.

Oil change and wiper replacement were completed in just under 2 hours. I also requested a tire rotation and that was not done. I had noted the wiper coupon with the appointment request submitted online, but was charged the higher amount. The service advisor easily made the adjustment. I really appreciated the free Carwash. Overall a good visit, but tires still need to be rotated.

My 2021 Tahoe the morning of 7/6 had a traction control warning turn on and the vehicle started to shake. Around 11am I limped it into the dealership and Tim was my service advisor. He quickly got me checked in, got a rental car coordinated with Thrifty and got me out the door. Around 4pm that day I got a call from Tim with good news that a tech was able to squeeze me in and diagnosed it with a coil that happened to be in stock and it was all done and ready to go. The service was great and I appreciate the incredibly quick turnaround!

I needed to have my parking brake serviced " keeps popping up on screen " and couldn't have it done on Saturday -- I was not told this when I made the appointment to get it serviced so I drove over 100 miles each way for am oil change. You are too far away to drive there and not get done what I needed done.
