I brought my vehicle in for a leaking back window. I was informed that there was a TSB for this issue but was told that it most likely would not be under warranty. After about an hour, Brent, my service advisor called me and stated that after talking with management, the issue would be completely covered, there would be no cost to me, and that they had the window in stock and could have it completely repaired in about three hours. This act of taking care of the customer is nice to see and puts my faith of going to this dealership for future issues. Thank you.
